In this post, I want to show you how you can discover your life story through the understanding and awareness of your favourable and unfavourable elements. They are the most vital pieces of a puzzle to a joyful and happy life.
Behind the Four Pillars of Destiny chart, the key philosophy is about balance and harmony of the five elements. When the five elements within our destiny chart are balanced, our life is wonderful. We are supported, vibrant and joyful. On the other hand, when a chart lacks certain elements or has excessive amount of one element, it creates a blockage. This imbalance of the energy sooner or later will manifest into problems in a certain life situation, such as illness, career stagnation or relationship problems.
In order to take charge of your life, the very first step is to find out what your favourable elements are.
Your favourable elements are not only crucial to helping you navigate the ebbs and flows in life, the 10-year luck pillars in your Destiny chart are also a key barometer to your life path’s rises and falls.
Let’s use Princess Diana’s Four Pillars of Destiny chart as an example to show you how her rise and fall is clearly illustrated in her Destiny chart and how her Destiny chart revealed her life story way before it became reality.
Princess Diana’s Four Pillars of Destiny Chart:
She was born on 1st July 1961 at 7:45pm. Her Self-element belongs to a weak Yin Wood. WOOD and WATER are her favourable elements, as they are critical for the survival of her self-element, Wood.
There is no Water element in her birth chart, therefore, the Metal element in her chart holds a crucial position for her survival, as Metal produces Water. Earth and Fire, on the other hand, are her unfavourable elements and were to be avoided at all costs.
Now let us scan how her life story is clearly demonstrated in her 10-year luck pillar based on her favourable and unfavourable elements.
Her 10-year luck pillar:
For her luck pillars during the age of 12 to 21 and 22 to 31, her favourable element Metal was appearing in the earthly branches; therefore she was supported by heavenly energy during those decades. This was when Princess Diana met Prince Charles in November 1980 and stayed in her marriage to him until when she was 31. However, as soon as this luck expired when she was 32 years old, her relationship with Prince Charles ended. This was announced in December 1992, just when she was about to turn into the luck pillar of 32. The 32-41 ten year pillar was very unfavourable for her as it contained double earth. As we explained earlier, Earth was her unfavourable element. The appearance of that powerful and potent Earth energy sealed her fate.
This Earth blocked the support of her Water element and place her Wood in critical danger. This luck pillar started in 1993. There was no obvious sign of bad luck before her death in 1997. This is because she still had the support of Water and Wood from the yearly energy during 1993 to 1996. 1993 was a year of Water and Metal, 1994 was a Wood and Earth, and 1995 was Wood and Water, 1996 Fire over Water.
However, 1997 was the first year in the Earth luck pillar that she totally lost the support of water and wood. The fire and earth intensify the unfortunate double earth; furthermore, the formation of the “earth penalty” was pushing the wood element to the brink. Her destiny chart was under siege. It was this kind of heavenly energy, when all stars were aligned, that brought the tragic accident that ended her life. The day that the fatal accident took place was at midnight on 31/8/1997. Diana was surrounded by unfavourable earth elements at that time. The tunnel also provided an earth environment. Her supporting elements were left helpless.
There are many things that you can do to prevent tragedies like this if you have been pre-warned to be aware of the tough time ahead. Because ultimately we are still in control of our destiny. Forewarned is forearmed.
During the time of an unfavourable luck pillar, the strategy we use should be very different from that used when we are experiencing favourable heaven luck. When unfavourable heaven luck is bestowed on us, we tend to make more mistakes and even drastic decisions. Therefore, we should at least refrain from making drastic changes at such a time.
