The Gifts of 2016

As 2016 is rushing towards the end, I have been consciously creating some much-needed space – to rest, to reflect, to anchor so I can start the new year with mindfulness, honesty and gratitude. As my mind cast back over the last 365 days, I want to honour the gifts that 2016 has given me to mark the passing of the old year. 1. I’ve learned to embrace the ‘UNKNOWN’ wholeheartedly. Because when nothing is certain, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. 2. My fears are the gatekeepers of my GREATEST GIFTS. It leads to my ‘personal treasure’, my deepest desires. 3. For all those things that didn’t happen when I wanted and expected it to, THANK YOU! 4. Little did I know, it was the moment I began to loosen my grip, I started to discover my MAGICAL POWER.  So THANK YOU 2016. You have exceeded my expectations in
